Our Support for Success program provides comprehensive services to youth program participants designed to assist them in achieving their goals. The following services are provided. The program provides needed support to program participants who are transitioning into employment, such as transportation vouchers, clothing, uniforms, fee payments, work equipment and certification exams, childcare assistance, and more. hindering participants from starting a job or accomplishing their individual development plan. Supportive services are tailored to each individual’s needs. Case managers are available to assess and assist participants in completing application forms and obtaining support. A portion of our general assistance is earmarked for working women with children.
Housing and Rental Assistance Service – This service keeps our homeless youth off the streets and out of shelters, and is a true alternative to homelessness prevention. Our agency maintains a list of local residents with a room to share with youth. Participants are provided with rental and housing assistance, as well as free homeless and foreclosure prevention counseling services. Other forms of housing counseling and education services, including pre-purchase, financing, reverse mortgage, rental, and non-delinquency post-purchase counseling services are also available.
